Given our incredibly low prices and razor thin margins we at Log-Alert offer limited technical support.  Given the endless models and types of routers on the market and even more so of late all-in-one cable routers we cannot be experts of them all. 

We will try to help everyone with their networking issues to a point but we have to be fair to all the customers by not raising the cost of the system to compensate the few who cannot resolve their specific networking issues. 

For those customers who cannot resolve their router issues we recommend a WiFi repeater which directly connects to the router and connects to our logger wirelessly via WPS buttons.
